Construction Office Manager / Accounting Assistant
Location: Miami, FL


Responsibilities:

  • Manage job cost accounting and project budgets
  • Handle progress billing, AIA pay apps, change orders, lien releases
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and subcontractor payments
  • Reconcile costs and provide financial reports


Requirements:

  • 3+ years accounting experience (construction preferred)
  • Proficient in QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of construction billing & cost codes
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, accounting software)
