Creative Marketing Manager

Job description

About the Company

Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category — the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We are the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we are accelerating.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to turn ideas into high-performing ad creatives that drive measurable business results. You will own how marketing messages are translated into execution — from concept to performance — ensuring speed, clarity, and continuous optimization.

This role is not about “making creatives.” It is about producing assets that convert, scale, and outperform competitors.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and creative production

  • Strong understanding of ad creative principles (clear message, strong hook, ICP focus)

  • Ability to evaluate performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and view rate

  • Experience identifying customer pain points using ICP, buyer persona, or Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks

  • Ability to move fast and iterate quickly based on data

  • English advanced; Ukrainian/Russian is a plus

  • AI-first mindset (using tools beyond basic ChatGPT for research, ideation, or production)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Turn marketing hypotheses into testable ad creatives, fast

  • Produce clear, focused messaging tailored to specific audience segments

  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on performance data

  • Identify why creatives win or fail and double down on what works

  • Work closely with marketing and related teams to align on strategy and execution

  • Ensure each creative has a clear goal, audience, and measurable outcome

  • Scale successful concepts and eliminate underperforming ones quickly

This is not for you if
  • You focus on aesthetics over performance

  • You cannot explain why a creative works or fails

  • You rely on intuition instead of data

  • You move slowly or over-polish instead of shipping and testing

  • You expect detailed instructions instead of taking ownership

What We Expect From You (First 3 Months)

Month 1:

  • Understand product, audience, and current creatives

  • Start producing and testing creatives with clear hypotheses

  • Establish baseline performance metrics

Month 3 (the bar):

  • Show clear improvement in creative performance (CTR, CPA, etc.)

  • Consistently produce winning or scalable creatives

  • Demonstrate fast iteration cycles and data-driven decisions

How We Work With You

We move fast, test constantly, and prioritize results over process. You will get context quickly and be expected to deliver value early. We evaluate trajectory, not perfection — fast learning and adjustment matter more than getting everything right immediately.

What We Offer
  • Direct impact on marketing performance and growth

  • High ownership over creative direction and execution

  • Remote-first, flexible work environment

  • Competitive compensation

  • 3 weeks paid vacation + 5 sick days

  • Access to learning resources

  • AI-driven workflows and tooling

  • Fast-moving, execution-focused team
