As the Accounting Generalist…

This key role will support the Finance Team and work cross functionally with departments to do the right thing, to ensure our ownership’s expectations are achieved.


As an Accounting Generalist, you will:


  • Manage and report daily transactions involving accounts payable, cash disbursements, inventory, etc.
  • Timely and accurately complete monthly closing activities, including journal entries, calculation of accruals, responding to inquiries on income statement and balance sheet activity.
  • Verify, allocate and post details of business transaction to accounts, such as sales receipts, invoices, check stubs.
  • Compiles reports of financial and statistical data, such as receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to the business operations.
  • Process invoices on a timely basis, to ensure payment within in the terms outlined
