Responsibilities include: Lead core accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information across the organization. Oversee the month-end and year-end accounting cycles while maintaining a strong focus on deadlines and reporting quality. Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support business planning and decision-making. Manage and develop accounting team members, fostering accountability and professional growth. Monitor financial processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is complete, reliable, and aligned across business systems. Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and internal control standards while supporting audit and reporting requirements.
