We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Business Office Analyst / Billing Coordinator to oversee student billing, tuition payment plans, and the Academy's facilities rental program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial accuracy with outstanding customer service in a dynamic school environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of student billing, tuition payment plans, and accounts receivable.
  • Serve as the primary resource for families regarding tuition billing, payments, and account inquiries.
  • Coordinate the Academy's facilities rental program, including reservations, contracts, invoicing, and communication with community partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in accounting, finance, or a business office; independent school or nonprofit experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Blackbaud financial software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a collaborative environment.
