Job Description: The Accounting Associate handles the day-to-day administrative and financial tasks to support the accounting department that helps keep it running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • File, scan, and distribute daily mail
  • File, scan, and organize accounting documents
  • Prepare expense reports for processing
  • Accounts Payable support
  • Accounts Receivable support
  • Payroll support
  • Collaborate with internal departments to solve accounting-related questions
  • Perform other accounting and clerical duties as assigned
