CONTRACT: Lead Biller/Senior Accounting Associate (10881)
Our client, located in Central Dallas, is looking for a Lead Biller/Senior Accounting Associate on a contract-to-hire basis.
Keys

  • B2C (Business-to-Consumer) billing experience
  • High volume experience highly preferred - will be processing 100-125 invoices per day
  • Light collections - more like updating credit card information
  • No aging - customers are expected to pay up-front


Responsibilities:

  • Point-of-sale billing and collection responsibility
  • Spreadsheet experience (Google Sheets, Numbers, Excel)
  • Able and willing to assume special projects as assigned
  • A/R and A/P experience


Preferred but not required:

  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Light financial reporting experience
