THE ROLE

As an Accounting Clerk, you will perform accounting-related tasks utilizing knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. Your duties may include account payables, account receivables, cash handling and account/bank reconciliations completed in a computerized financial system.

You will receive source documents, verify for compliance and enter in the book of accounts. You will calculate, verify, prepare and issue financial documents and/or reports while ensuring accuracy and integrity.

This is a hands-on role, requiring the ability to efficiently manage tasks with defined priorities and fixed monthly deadlines. Strong computer skills; including knowledge of excel, customer service skills and an aptitude to learn is important.

Education, Certifications and Licenses

High school diploma AND several years of experience in accounting
