About the Role:

The Accounting Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the accounting functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the implementation of effective internal controls. The Accounting Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a proactive leader who can mentor accounting staff, streamline processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of the accounting department. Ultimately, the Accounting Lead will contribute to the financial integrity and operational success of the organization by delivering timely and precise financial information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
