Job Summary
 We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, payroll preparation, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Accounting
    •  Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) 
    •  Process customer invoices, payments, deposits, and credits 
    •  Enter vendor bills and maintain vendor records 
    •  Maintain and monitor recurring vendor bills and payment schedules 
    •  Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations 
    •  Support month-end accounting activities 
    •  Maintain accurate financial records 
    •  Research and resolve accounting discrepancies 
    •  Assist with maintaining customer and vendor accounts 

  • Payroll & Reporting
    •  Assist with payroll data entry and payroll preparation 
    •  Verify commissions and supporting documentation 
    •  Prepare reports and spreadsheets 
    •  Maintain confidential financial information 

  • Administrative Support
    •  Maintain electronic and paper filing systems 
    •  Open and distribute incoming mail 
    •  Assist with administrative projects 
    •  Support multiple departments as business needs change 
    •  Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Required
