Job description

Accounting Assistant

Reporting to the Assistant Director,Finance, the Fiscal Assistant is responsible for daily accounting,reconciliation, financial reporting and assistance with research and problemsolving that supports Auxiliary Services' multi-department operations. This position creates and maintains various electronic financial spreadsheets,workbooks and processes used in the accounting cycle; and assists in executingessential procedures and processes for debit card accounting, inventoryentries, accounts payable, and communications regarding service with vendorsand customers.

Hiring Range: 24.76/hr to 30.96/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
