Job Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets transactions and complex accounting matters.
  • Applies strong technical accounting knowledge to assess transaction impacts and financial reporting considerations.
  • Coordinates engagement planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Reviews technical accounting analyses and client deliverables for accuracy and quality.
  • Supervises and develops senior associates and supervisors across concurrent engagements.
  • Collaborates with internal specialists and service lines to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory support.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and enhance client value.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 6-11 years of experience
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple engagements.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting capital markets or transaction related engagements.
  • Background in complex accounting analysis or audit readiness.
  • Professional services or consulting experience.


Additional Role Expectations

  • Travel: Up to 25%, depending on engagement needs.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $101,000 - $203,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
