As a Senior Accountant, you play a key role in maintaining the Bankโ€™s financial integrity, producing accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting management with the information needed to make informed decisions.

This is more than a transactional accounting role. Itโ€™s a handson, analytical position for accounting professionals who value precision, accountability, and collaboration, and who want to contribute meaningfully to a missiondriven community bank.

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Perform daily and monthly accounting close activities and prepare financial and management reports
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, resolving reconciling items in a timely manner
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and payable activity; provide backup support for accounts payable as needed
  • Process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy
  • Safeguard the Bankโ€™s funds through effective use of Positive Pay controls and monitoring
  • Prepare Call Report schedules and support regulatory reporting requirements
  • Partner with other departments to ensure accurate reporting of financial activity
  • Support the Controller and CFO with analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed
  • Perform all duties in compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and Bank policies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and priorities
