About The Position:

The Program Supervisor, Energy Efficiency manages and carries out goals that support company and contractor led Energy Efficiency programs within Ameren Illinois' Energy Efficiency portfolio. The Program Supervisor of Energy Efficiency is the primary contact for energy efficiency projects; will manage and input data; and will market portfolio offerings to stakeholders inside and outside Ameren. This role assists newer staff, other Ameren staff, external vendors, and partners to design programs and offerings that will help Ameren Illinois' customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the performance of contractors responsible for the implementation and operation of energy efficiency and demand response programs.

  • Oversee the coordination of internal and external resources (subcontractors and vendors) committed to successful program execution

  • Review and approve vendor invoices. Manage contract compliance. Coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting

  • Maintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial business relationship with business, professional groups, and industry allies in support of Ameren Illinois' energy efficiency objectives

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing, sales and program implementation strategies that increase customer satisfaction and motivate customers to implement energy efficiency and demand response projects

  • Support internal and external program communication and outreach needs

  • Track program metrics. Prepare status reports to accurately monitor progress against program objectives, timelines, budgets and goals

  • Lead the development, implementation and track of project management

  • Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. MBA preferred.Five or moreyears of relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology,data reporting, engineering).May waive degree requirement for candidates withnineor more years of directly relevant experience.

Qualifications: Sr Program Supervisor, Energy Efficiency

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. MBA preferred. Project Management Professional certification and/or Certified Energy Manager also preferred. Seven or more years relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering). Utility, Energy Efficiency or other related industry preferred. Three years of team/project leadership experience preferred.May waive degree requirement for candidates withelevenor more years of directly relevant experience.

Hybrid role requires 3 days in office currently M, T, W reporting out of Peoria, Collinsville or Decatur with some flexibility for M and F the reporting area is Peoria and Collinsville so there will be some travel required.

Compensation Range:

$88,500.00 - $172,200.00

* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials.

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
