Key Responsibilities:
  • Process 100+ weekly invoices and manage customer billing
  • Track KPIs and support financial reporting
  • Prepare driver pay settlements and assist with payroll
  • Reconcile payments, accounts, and general ledger
  • Support month-end close and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor/customer records and generate reports
  • Assist Accounting Manager as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 3-6 years' experience
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting processes
  • Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and close cycles
  • Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred: CPA/CMA, Master's/MBA, public accounting, NetSuite experience
