About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support both our Window & Door and Shower & Bath divisions.

This role is the key bridge between Sales and Production responsible for ensuring sold jobs are accurate, complete, approved, and executable before entering production. You will be the point person for ensuring contracts, project details, approvals, and documentation are clean and complete before a project reaches product ordered. This role plays a critical part in protecting operations from downstream issues by identifying gaps early and maintaining strong process accountability.

Responsibilities: Enter contracts into CRM systems (ImproveIt360 / LeadPerfection) Review and validate pricing, product selections, discounts, promos, and financing details Confirm all required fields, approvals, and documentation are complete before jobs advance Apply Hold / Do Not Hold rules and manage approval workflows Process and manage change orders Coordinate with Accounting regarding deposits and financing requirements Verify Final Measure packets are complete before ordering Coordinate between Sales, Final Measure, Purchasing, and Operations teams Confirm measurements, scope, special requirements, and project details Maintain LEAP quoting system for Shower & Bath division Update pricing and product spreadsheets Train and support Sales team on CRM and quoting tools Maintain complete and audit-ready project documentation Monitor backlog, holds, and approval delays impacting Production readiness Identify and resolve missing information or inconsistencies quickly Provide feedback to improve sales-to-production workflows and processes Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, construction administration, or sales support preferred Home improvement, construction, remodeling, or manufacturing industry experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficient with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce/ImproveIt360 experience a plus) Problem-solver with strong ownership and accountability Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Purchasing teams Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 commensurate with experience Benefits: Company vehicle is provided 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Tools provided Vision insurance Why Join Wonder Established, growing company with strong leadership and a culture of excellence Opportunity to directly impact operational execution and process improvement Fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement A team that values accountability, communication, collaboration, and results
