Job Description
As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising, coaching and training Team Members
  • Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
  • Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
  • Implement 4M Operational Playbook
  • Maintain accurate building/facility records
  • Promote a safe work environment

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
  • Strong drive for results
  • Sense of urgency
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
  • Ability to analyze issues and create solutions
