As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Art Dorsey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
BENEFITS:
  • Starting base pay $22 - $25 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain - licensing fees paid by employer)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain - licensing fees paid by employer)
