RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Partnership & Service Excellence
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day resource for clients, providing responsive support and guidance

Operational & Compliance Excellence
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while managing service workflows and deliverables
  • Support compliance activities and stay current on employee benefits regulations and industry requirements
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all aspects of account management and client service

Growth & Retention
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams to support renewal strategies and long-term client success
  • Assist with benefit analysis, carrier marketing, and strategic recommendations that align with client goals
  • Contribute to client retention through proactive service, relationship building, and problem resolution

QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
  • Life and Health insurance license
  • 1-3 years of employee benefits, account management, client service, or related experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
  • Experience with employee benefits renewals, open enrollment, and carrier relations
  • Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and related compliance requirements
  • Experience with agency management systems or benefits administration platforms
