About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help automotive dealerships get the most out of the industry’s leading AI-driven CRM platform. As the original AI automotive CRM company, we are redefining how the industry approaches CRM — and our Account Managers are central to that mission.

In this role, you’ll focus on reducing churn by ensuring customers fully adopt and optimize our platform, while also driving revenue growth through upselling strategic add-ons. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends relationship management, consultative guidance, and business acumen.


Key Responsibilities
  • Retention amp; Optimization

    • Serve as the trusted advisor to your portfolio of dealership accounts.

    • Partner with customers to align platform capabilities with their business goals.

    • Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure retention.

    • Conduct business reviews and deliver actionable insights that demonstrate ROI.

  • Upselling amp; Revenue Growth

    • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our platform through add-ons.

    • Consistently exceed growth targets with an uncapped earnings structure.

  • Customer Engagement amp; Enablement

    • Drive adoption by coaching customers on best practices and new features.

Qualifications
