Job description

U Trust Insurance is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

In this role, you will work with existing clients, help manage account-related requests, and support smooth communication between clients and internal departments. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a structured office environment.

This position is on-site in our Spartanburg office.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and support existing client accounts
  • Handle client communication in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up on open requests and help move them to resolution
  • Maintain accurate account and policy-related information
  • Work closely with internal teams to support client needs
  • Help ensure a high level of service and attention to detail in daily operations


Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, customer support, or another client-facing position
  • Insurance industry background preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Willingness to receive P&C insurance license is a plus
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language is a plus
