As independent contractors, they typically have more flexibility in their work arrangements and may work with multiple companies at once. About the Role

As a contracted roofer with Inside Out Home Improvements LLC, you will perform roofing installations, tear‐offs, repairs, and related carpentry tasks as assigned through Work Orders. Each project includes a clearly defined scope, location, and compensation structure.

  • Provide your own tools, equipment, transportation, and protective gear

  • Maintain required insurance and provide proof upon request

Requirements

  • General Liability Insurance ($1M/$2M) required

  • Workers’ Compensation coverage or valid exemption

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work safely and efficiently

  • Must submit a W‐9 and Certificate of Insurance listing Inside Out Home Improvements LLC as certificate holder

Compensation

Compensation is defined per project and outlined in each Work Order. Pay structures may include:

  • Per‐square or per‐unit pricing

  • Milestone‐based payouts

Payments are issued via ADP or approved alternative methods. No taxes are withheld.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

  • You choose your methods, schedule, and workflow

  • Consistent project opportunities with a reputable remodeling company

  • Clear scopes, fair pricing, and organized project management

  • No micromanagement—just expectations for quality and professionalism

  • Strong, long‐term contractor relationships

How to Apply
