Job description

Our Philosophy

Eubel Brady & Suttman is an investment and wealth management firm committed to creating value for our clients through deep, long-term relationships. This is not an adage on our wall, but a fundamental belief that guides every decision we make. We operate as a true team, working hard to achieve our goals while making time to connect personally.

We are incredibly mindful of the people we bring into our organization. EBS is not a "stop" along your career journey, but a destination. Because of the immense institutional knowledge and technical complexity involved in our work, we invest in professionals who are looking for a long-term professional home.

The Role
The successful Associate is a self-starter with the analytical precision to execute complex service demands in a fast-paced environment. This role is the backbone of our client experience — it requires a team player who is eager to master the intricacies of wealth management operations.

Key Areas of Mastery
• Strategic Client Interface: Act as a primary liaison between our firm and high-net-worth clients, as well as their external partners (Schwab, CPAs, and attorneys).
• Operational Execution: Manage the "engine" of the client lifecycle, including new account architecture, complex asset transfers, and sensitive project work.
• Wealth Management Synergy: Provide high-level support to our advisors, ensuring all client servicing activities are coordinated with 100% accuracy.
• Information Architecture: Facilitate critical communications and share relevant data across the team to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.

Skills & Qualifications
• Precision-Focused: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Communication: Business-level writing skills and the ability to engage professionally with sophisticated clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
• The "Fit": A high degree of professionalism and a desire to build a long-term career within a stable, high-performance team.
