Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive drives referral growth by developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers. This role promotes Medicare-covered skilled home health services while ensuring full compliance with CMS and Florida regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage referral relationships to increase admissions
  • Educate referral sources on Medicare eligibility and agency services
  • Manage territory activity, referral pipeline, and census growth
  • Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to convert referrals
  • Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
  • Maintain compliance with Medicare, Anti-Kickback, and Stark regulations

Qualifications:

  • Established referral relationships for Medicare-A patients
  • 2+ years healthcare or home health sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare home health referral processes
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Compensation:
