The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive who is ready to dive into the world of hospitality, restaurants, and lifestyle communications. In this role, you will support a dynamic mix of clients and help bring their stories to life through day‑to‑day account work, creative brainstorms, and thoughtful media outreach. You will work closely with senior team members to develop strategy and handle everything from press materials to social content and event support. This role is for a creative problem‑solver with a hunger to learn and grow alongside the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Media Relations
    • Serve as a daily contact for multiple accounts, handling media requests and overseeing projects
    • Assist with developing and implementing strategy and campaign planning.
    • Develop personalized pitches, strategic media target lists, and thoughtful story angles.
    • Write external and internal documents such as press materials, talking points, and team bios
    • Strengthen media relationships to garner placements in national and local publications.
  • Events & Agency Contribution
    • Assist with client and agency events, including invite list creation, RSVP management, and on‑site support.
    • Actively participate in all‑team meetings and brainstorms, contributing creative ideas for clients and internal projects.
    • Contribute to the agency’s CRM (Copper) and track time daily/weekly in Harvest to inform account profitability.
    • Suggest and draft content for Becca’s social media channels.
    • Represent Becca at industry and agency events.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in public relations or a related communications field.
  • A genuine interest in hospitality and a passion for our roster of clients.
  • Proven experience in media relations with established press contacts.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Prior agency experience is preferred; you must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
