Role Overview:
We're adding two high-impact ADRs to strengthen retention, re-energize inactive accounts, and fuel new business growth.
What You'll Own:
Existing & Inactive Customer Business Reviews:
  • Drive outbound business-review calls with current and inactive accounts.
  • Spot usage trends, identify at-risk or dormant accounts, and take action.
  • Surface upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities with confidence.
  • Capture call outcomes, next steps, and opportunity notes directly in HubSpot.

New Business Development:
  • Work targeted call lists to prospect and qualify net-new opportunities.
  • Book qualified meetings for field sales/account management.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and activity log in HubSpot.
  • Hit daily/weekly outreach targets.

What You Bring:
  • 1+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer service (phone-heavy preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Confident phone communicator - high call volume doesn't scare you.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to balance retention + new business activity.
  • Must be located in either Eastern/Central or Mountain/Pacific time zones
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
