What's the role?

As the Business Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Liberty business products and services inbound/outbound that are both current and emerging. Will approach sales as a way of helping our business customers receive the best value for their money. Generate revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach. Assess costumer needs and suggests/promotes alternative products or services for customer happiness.

How can you add value?

  • Align product and feature benefits, and pricing, to the need of the customer. Promote, recommend, and sell the value of Liberty business products and services based on a logical relationship to the customer's interests.
  • Sell Advanced Services products to small and medium accounts, including SIP, PRI-ISDN, and Dedicated Internet Access and Data transport services depending on Monthly Sales Quota.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements. Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide meaningful solutions from active product portfolio.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quota.
  • Research accounts, identify and contact key players, cold call to generate customer interest.
  • Maintain customers and conduct retention efforts when opportunities surface or when indicated based on business needs.
  • Team up with other account executives to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform efficient online demos to prospects. Demonstrate the methods of using products and resolve customer queries.
  • Analyze the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable products
  • Operate the CRM (salesforce) system and ensure authentic information is available with the company.
  • Establish professional business relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers.
  • Report suggestions and complaints made by the customers to supervisor.
  • Keep updated in market trends and new resourceful products introduced by competitors.
  • Record details of every sales transaction in the CRM and submit weekly reports to Supervisor.
  • Establish customer needs through improved probing techniques, then promote and recommend Liberty business products based on customers' needs and interests to establish long-term customer value.
  • Remain up to date on products to ensure customer happiness and to improve sales opportunities (e.g. marketing matrix, new product information.) Settles and implements basic strategies/techniques to efficiently counter daring offers and educate customers on product comparisons.
  • Establish business sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Assist business customers who are seeking to cancel, who are looking to move, who want to transfer their system to another provider.
  • Maintain a high-quality monitoring score and performance expectations according to the department established metrics.
  • Support and maintain a positive working environment where we collaborate to meet our customer’s goals.
  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with Liberty Way, in particular the Amazing Customer Experience behavior, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
  • Other similar functions may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Graduate. Associate Degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service and retention position in call center environment.

Validated inside sales experience.
