Account Development Executive
Help Local Businesses Grow While Accelerating Your Career
Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping businesses succeed? We're looking for an energetic and motivated Account Development Exeutive to recruit and onboard local businesses into an exciting delivery partner program.
This is a field-based role where you'll engage directly with business owners, generate interest in the program, guide prospective partners through the application process, and play a key role in expanding our network. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a mix of sales, networking, and community outreach, we'd love to hear from you.
Uncapped Earning Potential - Earn commissions up to $350 per partner converted!
What You'll Do
  • Visit prospective businesses through targeted door-to-door outreach within assigned territories (up to a 2-hour driving radius)
  • Present and promote the delivery partner opportunity to business owners and decision-makers
  • Qualify potential partners and guide them through the application and vetting process
  • Track leads, activities, and pipeline progress within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to organize and host local recruitment events, including:
    • Lunch & Learns
    • Coffee Chats
    • Community Information Sessions
    • Networking Events
  • Build relationships with local organizations, chambers of commerce, and economic development groups to generate referrals
  • Import, manage, and maintain lead data and reporting in Salesforce
  • Provide exceptional support to prospective partners throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with business owners and conducting face-to-face outreach
  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with Salesforce, Excel, and other digital tools
  • Ability to travel up to 4 hours roundtrip daily

  • Previous field sales experience
  • Experience in account management or customer-facing sales roles
  • Experience negotiating, influencing, or consulting with customers

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
