Starting Pay: $20/hour (with opportunity for increase)

Job Description:
Richmond Ford West is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accessory Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing aftermarket and factory accessories on trucks and vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Install truck accessories such as:
    • Bed covers
    • Bed liners
    • Wheel well liners
  • Inspect installations to ensure proper fit and finish
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and dealership standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Additional Opportunities:
Candidates with experience or willingness to assist in building maintenance (basic repairs, upkeep, etc.) may be eligible for increased pay based on skill level and contribution.

Qualifications:
