Overview

The OpportunityIn this role you will:
  • Act as the primary representative of the client, ensuring their interests are protected across all phases of the program lifecycle
  • Lead and manage large-scale, multi-project capital programs from planning through to execution and close-out
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and program controls to ensure successful delivery
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including design teams, contractors, consultants, and client leadership
  • Provide strategic guidance on procurement, scheduling, risk management, and cost control
  • Monitor program performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and industry best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program processes and delivery methodologies
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports and updates to senior stakeholders

  • Have significant experience in program or project management within mission critical or data center construction
  • Have experience with mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Are experience in post contract change orders, budget management and cost reportingย 
  • Have proven experience acting as an owner's representative or client-side lead on major capital projects
  • Possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Are experienced in managing complex budgets, schedules, and risk frameworks
  • Have a track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget
  • Are commercially astute with strong contract administration knowledge
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

The salary offered for this role is between $106,000 and $145,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skill set, education and experienceย
