Job description

Key Program Manager
C² Technologies seeks a Key Program Manager (KPM) to ensure the efficient delivery of all outputs in accordance with contract requirements. This includes oversight of contract staff, all deliverables, and associated reporting. The KPM is responsible for ensuring the quality of work products and verifying that all activities comply with federal and Department security policies, data protection requirements, and applicable technical and accessibility standards. This is an onsite or hybrid position.

Summary:
The KPM will oversee the contract staff and the delivery of products, ensuring compliance with all federal policies. The position will manage the quality assurance processes, ensuring that the final work meets all technical and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contract staff and deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

  • Provide reporting to government contracting officers and technical representatives.

  • Perform program quality assurance and monitor performance metrics.

  • Interact with government stakeholders to resolve issues related to contract deliverables.

  • Lead contract-related project planning, scope, and reporting.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • BS/BA degree in Business or training-related field.

  • 10 years of experience in eLearning project, program, or contract management.

  • 5 years of Key Program Management (KPM) experience on federal government service contracts.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including experience briefing government leadership.

  • Ability to manage government contracts and reporting requirements.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certifications.

  • Experience in the digital training business and contract management for federal services.

Tools amp; Software:

  • Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner).

Knowledge amp; Skills:

  • Expertise in government contract management and reporting.

  • Strong ability to oversee large-scale projects and ensure high-quality output.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
