• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of individuals and groups, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
• Design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans, modifying them as necessary to adapt to client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a dedicated remote team of clinicians and administrative staff to uphold the standards of care and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain thorough, confidential, and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, contributing to the development of best practices within the organization.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current research to provide effective interventions, keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

You will be serving a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. This may encompass conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is critical in providing empathetic support, helping clients navigate their struggles, and promoting their overall mental health and well-being. As part of a community health clinic model, you will be making a direct impact on the lives of individuals who might not otherwise have access to mental health resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating competence in providing mental health therapy.
• Proficiency in assessment and treatment planning, with strong communication skills for engaging effectively with clients and team members.
• A commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and client-centered care, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.
• Previous involvement in community mental health initiatives or programs.
• Comfort with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
