We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Camera and Access Control Technician to provide part-time support for security systems. The technician will assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of security cameras and access control solutions across multiple facilities.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience in low-voltage systems, security infrastructure, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support for security cameras (CCTV/IP) and access control systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment.
  • Assist with new installations, including wiring, device setup, and system configuration.
  • Work with IT/security teams to address system alerts and performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with CCTV, IP cameras, and access control systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Genetec Security Center and ExacqVision platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, connectivity).
