Job Summary
As an Access Authorization Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining data integrity, and assisting patients with financial responsibilities such as co-payments and insurance balances. You will also handle multi-line phone systems, respond to inquiries, and support administrative tasks to enhance patient experience.
Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
