Amazon's Digital Acceleration team powers digital purchases and the subscription lifecycle for Prime, Amazon Video, Music, Audible, Alexa, and Kindle, amongst other digital businesses.

We drive how digital products intersect with Amazon's retail store, executing billions of digital purchases every year that enable our digital businesses to grow their businesses worldwide. We are on a mission to be earth's best provider of one-time and recurring digital commerce, delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer shopping experience.
As Principal Product Manager - Tech, you will own the product vision and roadmap for the post-purchase customer experience across Amazon's digital subscription ecosystem. You will define and drive the end-to-end strategy for subscription management on Amazon.com and the mobile app, partnering with UX, engineering, and 35+ digital client teams to deliver a unified, transparent, and customer-first experience at scale

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role operating at the intersection of customer experience, platform strategy, and business growth. You will influence SVP goals, shape multi-year roadmaps, and lead cross-functional alignment across some of Amazon's most strategic digital businesses.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for post-purchase subscription management, translating customer insights and business priorities into a clear, sequenced strategy across a 1-3 year horizon.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across 35+ digital client teams, UX, engineering, and legal to deliver standardized capabilities while enabling thoughtful customization where it creates clear customer value.
- Experiment and test hypotheses using data-driven outcomes, designing and executing weblabs and A/B experiments to validate product decisions, measure customer impact, and iterate rapidly based on statistically significant results.
- Partner with UX to define best-in-class UI enhancements, translating customer insights and product strategy into intuitive, high-quality interface improvements on Amazon.com and mShop.
- Deliver precise product feature requirements, partnering closely across multiple engineering organizations to accelerate delivery of core post-purchase management experiences, resolve technical dependencies, and ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
- Manage trade-off decisions with rigor, applying customer experience tenets and business metric guardrails to navigate contested decisions, escalating when required.
- Accelerate platform scalability by driving adoption of reusable UI components, display-ready APIs, and standardized workflows that reduce deployment time and enable faster innovation.
