(NYSE: ACEL) is a growing provider of locals-focused gaming and one of the largest terminal operators in the United States, supporting more than 27,000 electronic gaming terminals in over 4,300 third-party local and regional establishments across ten states. Job Description:

SUMMARY

We areseekinga detail-oriented and highly organizedMarketing Administratorto support our marketing operations teamfor aremote, part-timetemporaryassignment. The primary responsibility of this role is managing co-operative marketing requests through Salesforce, including processing submissions, tracking approvals, andsubmittinginvoices for reimbursement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative coordination, thrives in a process-driven environment, and has strong attention to detail. The Marketing Administrator will play a key role in ensuringtimelyandaccuratereimbursement processing while supporting communication between internal teams and external partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process co-operative marketing requests through Salesforce
  • Review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements
  • Submit and track invoices for reimbursement through Salesforce
  • Maintainaccuraterecords and documentation of marketing requests and reimbursements
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partnersregardingrequest status, missing information, and approvals
  • Monitor reimbursement timelines and follow up as needed
  • Assistwith reporting, data entry, and administrative marketing support
  • Support process improvements and helpmaintainorganized workflows

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is preferred but notrequired
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability tomaintainfriendly, cooperative, and professional relationships in a variety of settings

Base Pay Range:

Starting Rate $26/hour

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.

Voluntary full-time employment benefits include medical, dental, and vision; life, AD&D, critical illness, and hospital insurance; short and long-term disability; identity/legal protection; as well as access to FSA and HSA accounts. Full and part-time employees are eligible to contribute to traditional and/or Roth 401(k) plans.
