We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and education-driven Academic Counselor to join our onsite team. This role plays a vital part in student academic planning, family communication, and instructional coordination, helping students and families receive personalized support while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Position Overview
The Academic Counselor serves as an essential bridge between students, parents, and the academy. This role is responsible for developing personalized academic plans, monitoring student progress, coordinating instructional resources, and helping ensure the quality and effectiveness of our educational services.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicative, and passionate about supporting students academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents
  • Develop and manage personalized academic plans and class schedules for students
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback, updates, and recommendations to parents
  • Work closely with teachers and the administrative team to support class implementation and coordination
  • Assist with daily academic operations, scheduling, and student activity management
