THE CAREER PATH — YOU EARN YOUR WAY UP
LEVEL 1 — FIELD SALES TRAINEE (where everyone starts with no experience) This is the proving ground. Your job is simple and hard: knock doors, talk to people, set appointments. That's it. Paid training, ride-alongs, appointment bonuses, and referral bonuses. No leads are handed to you here — you go out and create the opportunity yourself.
This is how you prove you've got what it takes. Produce here, and you graduate.
LEVEL 2 — SECURITY CONSULTANT (earned, not given) You've proven yourself in the field, so now we add fuel: company leads — Google, website, SEO, referrals, existing customers — on top of what you're already generating. But make no mistake: you never stop prospecting. The leads are extra ammo, not a replacement for the work. The best consultants knock doors and close leads. You run appointments, present solutions, build proposals, and close — while keeping your own pipeline full. Bigger pipeline, bigger checks.
LEVEL 3 — TERRITORY MANAGER Lead reps. Run ride-alongs. Train the next wave. Grow your territory. Leadership bonuses and team incentives.

WHO WE WANT
Experience in ADT, Vivint, solar, roofing, pest control, merchant services, telecom, car sales, real estate, B2B, or door-to-door can move you up faster.
No experience? You start at Level 1 — in the field, knocking doors, setting appointments. If you've got the hunger to prove yourself on the street, we'll give you the shot. If you're looking for handed-to-you leads on day one, this isn't it.
