But make no mistake: you never stop prospecting. The leads are extra ammo, not a replacement for the work. The best consultants knock doors and close leads. You run appointments, present solutions, build proposals, and close — while keeping your own pipeline full. Bigger pipeline, bigger checks.

LEVEL 3 — TERRITORY MANAGER Lead reps. Run ride-alongs. Train the next wave. Grow your territory. Leadership bonuses and team incentives.
