Job Description:

As an Oracle Cloud Time & Absence Management Functional Lead in our healthcare vertical at Sierra-Cedar, you will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients to help them implement and refine Oracle Cloud solutions. You will be a key contributor as a functional subject matter expert and have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading the Oracle Cloud Time & Absence Management module and complex implementations. You will have proven experience understanding how to align key deliverables/milestone metrics for project success, delivering comprehensive business solutions to enhance client systems, and overseeing the implementation process to facilitate successful project delivery. As a key member of our talented Cloud team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions with public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through the entire implementation life cycle for the Time & Absence Management module as a functional SME
  • Work as part of a project team to plan, design, develop, and implement comprehensive Oracle Cloud Time & Absence Management solutions in response to client needs
  • Identify business requirements and map them to HCM Cloud functionality
  • Conduct functional design workshops, identify functionality gaps, and build extensions for them
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Adaptable and resourceful, and tailor approach to fit different organizational cultures
  • Configure the Cloud Time & Absence Management module to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
  • Work closely with core functional team and project management to gather, assess, and analyze business requirements for Time & Absence Management reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations, and conversions
  • Develop and implement security, including validation strategies and plans
  • Assist clients in preparing validation scripts and developing test scripts, and testing scenarios
  • Support clients with the execution of test scripts
  • Validate configuration and data
  • Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
  • Plays hands-on role in the design, development, and maintenance of Cloud Time & Absence Management Conversions and Interfaces
  • Share knowledge of methods and techniques in a Cloud software development and consulting environment, and demonstrated skill in Cloud Time & Absence Management to solve business problems
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team for Oracle Implementation, Enhancement, or Upgrade projects
  • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis

Qualifications:

Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Lead with the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Functional Lead role
  • Ideal candidate has completed two full lifecycle projects with Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in Time & Labor and Absence Management
  • Solid experience also working with Oracle E-Business, PeopleSoft or Cloud applications with a focus in Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions with healthcare clients is required
  • Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Travel to client sites as needed
  • Must already be living in the US
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
