Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long-Term Care Facility
Location: Lenoir, NC

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of healthcare professionals serving long-term care residents. As part of Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, you'll have the opportunity to work flexible schedules, gain experience at a variety of skilled nursing facilities, and make a difference in the lives of those who need you most.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in resident conditions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and facility staff.
Follow HIPAA, resident rights, and infection control protocols.
Support mobility needs, including transferring and repositioning.
Promptly respond to call lights and resident requests.
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification in the state of NC
Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
One year of CNA experience in the long term care setting mandatory
Ability to assist residents with safe transfers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional.
Willingness to work different assignments with no questions asked
