Position Summary / Resumen de posición:
  • The Aerospace Technician is responsible for performing assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This role involves using precise measuring equipment, running test equipment, reading and reporting test gages/data, monitoring product quality, completing required documentation, and properly labeling materials. The Aerospace Technician is expected to promptly communicate any safety concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations to leadership, maintain tools and gauges, and keep a clean and organized work area. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades clave:
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Verify materials, label parts, and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Complete required documentation accurately.
  • Report equipment, material, or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain tools, work area, and follow 5S and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support production.

Required Qualifications / Requisitos obligatorios:
  • Physically able to perform repetitive motions requiring fine dexterity
  • Ability to operate machines in accordance with standard work instructions
  • Working knowledge of Epicor (preferred or required, depending on role)
  • Ability to meet production standards
  • Knowledge and application of 5S principles
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to produce quality parts consistently
  • Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Able to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
