Job Description

At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.

Starting Pay Rate: $21.42/hour (weekly pay).

Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month). in a Climate Controlled environment

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated production equipment

Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards

Identify and respond to minor machine issues

Perform routine quality inspections

Record production data accurately

Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a team environment

Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
