In this role, you'll lead global sales and business development for the Data Centers segment, driving growth through strategic accounts, partnerships, and early-stage customer engagement. You'll own the commercial strategy, pipeline, and execution to deliver sustainable revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global sales strategy, pipeline development, and account capture plans

  • Lead strategic relationships with hyperscalers, partners, and key customers

  • Drive early design influence and translate customer needs into scalable solutions

  • Build and lead a high-performing global sales organization

  • Own business performance including orders, revenue, margins, and pipeline quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 10+ years in sales leadership, business development, or strategic accounts

  • Experience in data centers, automation, or infrastructure industries

  • Proven success managing global accounts and complex deals in similar segment

  • Experience influencing early-stage customer decisions and specifications with a strong commercial and strategic mindset

  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management and the ability to lead across regions and influence without authority
