Job Description:

Job Summary: Manages the efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor.

Essential Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Provides the highest level of customer service to the Production team to maximize company success.
  • Ensures on time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line in a timely and organized manner.
  • Hires and trains staff, communicates job expectations, and implements company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates inventory organization for most efficient space utilization.
  • Provides Manufacturing with all required parts in a timely manner.
  • Accurately sorts, maintains, and stages product.
  • Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks.
  • Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the accurate bin locations.
  • Completes forklift inspections daily.
  • Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action.
  • Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.
