Job Description:
Summary: Provides technical assistance over the phone to on site field technicians and end users of AAON by performing the following duties.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answers and solves National support calls on AAON controls.
  • Assists in testing and troubleshooting AAON digital controls.
  • Performs job site startup and troubleshooting.
  • Assists with both on site and off site training on AAON controls.
  • Performs administrative duties associated with controls support position.
  • Assists with training new National controls support personnel.
  • Tests control boards that have come back from AAON as failed boards.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or higher education: or two to four years related experience and/or training with one to three years of commercial HVAC experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Automation is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrates strong leadership abilities.
  • Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
  • Exhibits good decision making and problem solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Works with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow directions.
