Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Representative
Location: Killeen, TX Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00–$20.00/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
Crouch Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support a local insurance office in the Killeen area. This role will assist clients with both commercial and personal lines insurance, ensuring accurate policy handling and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding commercial and personal lines insurance coverage
  • Enter and maintain accurate client data within the company system
  • Review client applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Verify that approved policies align with client requests and ensure all changes are properly processed
  • Send correspondence, policy documents, and updates to clients
  • Accept and process premium payments
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Conduct collection calls for outstanding balances
  • Maintain organized and compliant client documentation and records
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an insurance or office support role preferred
  • Active insurance license preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to cross-train licensed individuals into this role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with data entry and computer systems
