Job Duties:

    • Ensure Client‑funded hosting responsibilities are aligned with the technical solution.
    • Define cloud security configurations, policies, and audit requirements.
  • Client‑Facing Technical Leadership
    • Serve as NTT DATA’s senior technical representative in engagements with the client’s procurement and technical leadership, including stakeholders.
    • Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and solution trade‑offs to both Client and teams.
    • Provide technical leadership during proposal reviews, clarifications, and ongoing task order execution.
  • System Modernization (Documentary Tracking and Inventory Management)
    • Lead solution design for modernizing the documentary tracking and inventory management systems.
    • Define modular architecture, integration points, workflows, and data migration strategies.
  • DevSecOps Leadership & Team Oversight
    • Guide Agile DevSecOps engineering teams composed of front‑end, back‑end, API, UX, and CI/CD roles, consistent with updates to labor requirements and staffing model adjustments.
    • Ensure engineering output adheres to architectural standards, compliance, DevSecOps automation requirements, and the program’s technical roadmap.
  • Task Order Continuity Across Future Work
    • Support planning that maintains team continuity and knowledge transfer across future task orders.
    • Ensure technical artifacts, architecture documentation, and processes enable seamless scaling.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience architecting solutions in AWS, including at least 2 years designing or operating in AWS GovCloud.
  • Minimum 3 years experience leading a team of 5+ engineers on Agile delivery programs.
  • Minimum 3 years experience implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps practices in production systems.
  • Minimum 2 years experience integrating or developing systems involving IoT data ingestion, telemetry, or sensor‑based architectures.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
