  • Ongoing Maintenance and Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to the IT infrastructure across both Microsoft and AWS GovCloud environments, ensuring high availability, data protection, and user productivity in a regulated environment.

  • Excellent problemsolving abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining strict security protocols
  • Exceptional oral and written skills
  • Ability to work with multiple functions across the organization
  • Ability to deliver a high quality, customer focused support experience by responding promptly to user needs, communicating clearly and professionally, and ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to service excellence and user satisfaction
