Join our dynamic team as a L2 Cloud Support Engineer where you will be the go-to technical resource driving the reliability, performance and security of enterprise-scale networks and cloud environments. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, lead system upgrades, perform proactive health checks and collaborate closely with infrastructure, security and operations teams to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly Job Responsibilities Azure Infrastructure Operations (IaaS) Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks (VNets), Load Balancers, and App Services. Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure performance, availability, and scalability. Implement and maintain Azure Monitoring solutions and alerts. Hybrid Infrastructure & Identity Management Manage and support hybrid cloud environments integrating on-premises and Azure services. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, Hybrid Identity, VPNs, and ExpressRoute. Support Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments. Incident, Problem & Change Management Serve as the escalation point for complex L2 infrastructure incidents. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions. Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes following ITIL practices. Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure and network issues. Monitoring, Security & Compliance Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and security compliance. Conduct infrastructure audits and maintain operational documentation. Backup & Disaster Recovery Manage backup policies and disaster recovery plans using Azure Site Recovery and related tools. Support business continuity and emergency outage response activities. Team Collaboration & Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills & Experience Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Storage) Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Azure Monitoring & Security Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge VMware / Hyper-V Administration Windows Server Administration VPN & ExpressRoute Connectivity Incident & Change Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Preferred Skills & Experience: Microsoft 365 Administration Exchange Administration Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions IT Infrastructure Monitoring Tools ITIL Process Knowledge Education Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
