Job Overview

Zona Facta Collective is currently seeking qualified Level III Armed Security Agents for multiple security contracts across Texas. We have an immediate need for our ATM Technician Security Contract in the Greater McAllen area. Agents will be responsible for escorting ATM technicians to ensure they can perform their tasks safely and without disruption.

We are currently seeking applicants who are available to work afternoon and evening shifts between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM (1500-0000 hours).

Key Responsibilities

  • Escort ATM technicians to and from job sites throughout the Greater McAllen area.
  • Ensure the safety and security of technicians during all assigned shifts.
  • Remain on standby and ready to deploy at the start of each scheduled shift.
  • Maintain communication through designated company channels and accurately clock in and out.
  • Adhere to all client-specific procedures and Zona Facta Collective operational standards.

Position Requirements

  • Current Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License (Required).
  • Must be available to work between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM (1500-0000 hours).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation (moderate travel required).
  • Must provide the following equipment:
    • Firearm (pistol)
    • Two additional magazines
    • Duty belt with Level III retention holster
    • Black body armor
  • Uniform:
    • Zona Facta black uniform shirt (provided)
    • Black tactical pants
  • No body cameras or tasers are authorized while working this contract.
  • Military or law enforcement experience preferred (exceptional candidates without this background will be considered).
  • Must be available for at least four (4) weekend shifts during each 28-day period.

Shifts Available

  • Seven (7) days per week with flexible scheduling based on client demand.
  • Primary shifts are scheduled between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM (1500-0000 hours).
  • Must be available for at least four (4) weekend shifts during each 28-day period.
  • Candidates must be available for the full duration of accepted shifts.
  • Punctuality and standby readiness at the beginning of each shift are mandatory.

  • This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
  • Only applicants who currently possess a valid Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License will be considered.
  • Successful contractors may be offered opportunities on additional Zona Facta Collective contracts throughout Texas.
